After enjoying the success of our inaugural limited-edition beers, we're continuing our ever-changing ways by producing predominantly seasonal beers going forward. We're not going to have a year-round flagship beer. Instead, we will release new beers every three months or so, with many being revisited each year.
Memphis Made's first seasonal standard is Lights Out, a dark Belgian style wit beer. This dark wheat
beer has a light body for easy drinking, with hints of chocolate and orange to add complexity.
We will continue to make specialty and one-off beers as well. The latest is Reverberation, a Belgian style coffee stout brewed in collaboration with another local business, Reverb Coffee Co. We're using freshly roasted dark Sumatra coffee in this beer, something which emphasizes the natural coffee notes of stouts.
