We've got a busy week coming up, with two events in mid-February.
First, Memphis Made Brewing Co. will be joining Wiseacre, High Cotton and Yazoo for a four-course beer dinner at Slider Inn, 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12.
Drew will be talking diners through the fourth course, where our Plaid Attack will be paired with a warm carrot cake donuts with creme anglaise prepared by chef Jesse Keenan.

The very next night will be our monthly Thirsty Thursday at Central BBQ Downtown. We'll be tapping the last keg of Humbucker IPA on earth (for now) at this event starting at 4 p.m., Feb. 13.
Humbucker is a limited edition India Pale Ale which uses generous portions of Amarillo hops. We held a keg back for this event with our buddies at Central BBQ.
There will also be Lights Out and Plaid Attack on draft with all Memphis Made Brewing Co. beers only $3. In addition, if you buy the beer, you keep the Memphis Made/Central BBQ glass.
Central will also have fresh fried chicken skins, pork rinds and home-cooked chips to snack on at the bar.
