Weather Warming Up? Must Be Time for Spring Beers

As the weather warms up, we're moving from our winter beers to our spring beers.

We'll be debuting Bent Note IPA at the two Flying Saucers at 7 p.m. tonight. This is part of Memphis Made March Madness, where we're bringing new and special beers to the Flying Saucer's Downtown and Cordova locations each Monday in March. The last pint of each keg wins its drinker two tickets to a beer dinner in April which will feature all four beers from March.

Bent Note (6.1 percent ABV), which be available in bars and restaurants later this week, is a spring IPA featuring featuring Nugget and a healthy portion of Delta hops. It has a pleasant tropical fruit profile with some subtle earthiness. The hop flavor sustains like a long held bent note and pairs well with spicy foods.

Bent Note will taking the place of Lights Out.

Red Handed, a German altbier, will be out later this month and take the place of Reverberation.

While Lights Out and Reverberation are going away for now, they might be back next winter.

In the meantime, we still have a few kegs of Junt and Plaid Attack out there as well.

Cheers,

Andy
