After a great beer dinner at Local Gastropub Downtown last week, we're keeping the good beer and good food going in the 38103.
We'll partnering up with Aldo and the gang at Bardog Tavern for a Memphis Made Brewing beer dinner in the Underdog space Thursday, July 17 at 7 p.m.

This will be five beers and four courses, starting with a reception beer, Lucid Kolsch, for those who show up at 7 p.m.
The first course is a Stax Salad with tomato, pesto, mozzarella and fresh basil paired with our latest limited brew, Bearcat. This IPA has more than generous amounts of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops and will be mostly bottled with only a few kegs released.
Next is seasame shrimp spring roll paired will Soulful Ginger, followed by a house-made jerk chicken raviloli with Junt Jerk Sauce paired with Junt, our Belgian farmhouse ale with cumin.
For dessert, Chef John "Two Hands" Haley is whipping up a cocoa pudding parfait with chocolate covered raspberries. This will be paired with a cellared beer, Cocoa Reverb. This is a keg of our Reverberation Belgian coffee stout with some cocoa nibs added.
This will be a night of good food and beer and will be a great way to get an early jump on the weekend. Hope to see you there.
