Here's a new beer that'll take a minute to wrap your head around: Shrunken Head.
This Belgian-style wit ale is brewed with orange peel and coriander.
The name was inspired by one of the many exhibits at the Memphis Museum of Science & History (formerly the Pink Palace).
We'll be serving up this limited edition beer at the upcoming Science of Beer with some Memphis Made favorites on Friday, Jan. 13.
The Science of Beer event is a combination beer tasting and education workshop that raises money for education and programming for MoSH.
This event is an opportunity to talk to local brewers, attend mini-lectures, and participate in other interactive beer-themed activities.
The event will feature beer stations each with some educational components, food vendors, multiple science areas hosted by MoSH and local science groups, mini-lectures, and games.
This is the first major beer event of the Memphis calendar, so you won't want to miss it.
